Note that you could be invoiced for an additional shipping charge after your order is placed if your order is a large or heavy order.
Items purchased on www.rainadawn.com that are SHIPPED TO CUSTOMERS if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to accept your return. RAINA DAWN will accept these returns for store credit only no more than 7 days from the date the order arrived to the customer. You will be issued an in-store credit to use on a future online purchase. After 7 days merchandise is FINAL SALE. *NOTE: ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE!
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with the original tags attached. Shoe returns must contain the original shoe box in the original condition and without postal labels. RAINA DAWN reserves the right to refuse any return should it not meet these requirements. Please enclose a copy of your receipt with your return.
ONLINE EXCHANGES:

Items purchased at www.rainadawn.com that are PICK UP IN STORE are subject to the RAINA DAWN BALTIMORE STORE RETURN POLICY as follows: items must be returned within 7 days, with original tags and receipt, unworn for STORE CREDIT ONLY. After 7 days merchandise is FINAL SALE.
SHIPPING RECOMMENDATIONS:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For items that were offered free shipping and in the case when the items is returned to the store, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the return refund given and will be at the expense of the customer at that time.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
RETURN POLICY FOR RAINA DAWN BRICK & MORTAR STORE:
Items purchased at RAINA DAWN brick & mortar store in our Baltimore, Maryland location in person, pick-up or over the phone must be returned within 7 days, with original tags and receipt, for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with the original tags attached. Shoe returns must contain the original shoe box in the original condition.
Items purchased at RAINA DAWN from our SIENNA ROSE line are subject to a separate return policy. Any item with the original SIENNA ROSE tag attached can be returned within 7 days for a full refund back to your credit card. We can not refund cash or check so consider this at time of payment. A store credit to be used at any future time can be provided with any form of payment. A SIENNA ROSE tag MUST be attached to the garment no exceptions. No RAINA DAWN tagged items will be subject to this return policy.
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. After 7 days from purchase all items with SIENNA ROSE tag are final sale and no store credit or refund will be given. Any gift purchased with a SIENNA ROSE tag are subject to the same policy as RAINA DAWN.
NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS will be provided. If an item has gone on sale the following week, it can not be returned and repurchased for the sale price For RAINA DAWN or SIENNA ROSE.
RAINA DAWN reserves the right to refuse any return should it not meet these requirements. ALL SALE MERCHANDISE, JEWELRY & INTIMATES PURCHASED WHICH ARE FINAL SALE AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
Gift receipts will only be provided/printed for the customer who purchased the original item. Gift receipts will only be provided/printed one time for the customer who purchased the original item. Gifts purchases have one week to be exchanged or store credit issued.
E-GIFT CARD POLICY:
Our E-gift card can only be redeemed with online purchases. It cannot be used in the store, but we can always assist in adding merchandise in the store onto our website if a customer wants to purchase something in the store with their E-Gift Card. Our in store gift cards are not able to be used on our website. This is only due to the fact that the gift cards aren't compatible, but again we will do everything to allow our E-Gifts cards to purchase from our website and from our store. We just may need to add merchandise to our website for purchase. This card cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash or credit and is non-transferable. Purchases will be deducted from the card amount until the value reaches zero. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms as well as the return and privacy policies listed for online purchases. This gift card cannot be replaced or redeemed if lost, stolen or damaged in any way. RAINA DAWN is not responsible for any unauthorized card use.
IN STORE GIFT CARD POLICY:
This is a gift card to be redeemable for merchandise only at RAINA DAWN Brick & Mortar Boutique. Present this card as payment for your purchases. This card cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash or credit and is non-transferable. Purchases will be deducted from the card amount until the value reaches zero. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms as well as the return and privacy policies listed on the store’s website.
